This role is ideal for someone who combines strong program management and organizational skills with a solid technical foundation and a product-oriented mindset. The individual will work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, external technology partners, and leadership teams to help drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across ERP, CRM, warehouse management, automation, integrations, and operational systems. The ideal candidate is not simply a coordinator of meetings and timelines, but a hands-on problem solver who can help translate business processes into practical system workflows, align stakeholders, drive clarity in requirements, and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and pragmatically.
