## About the Role

* 3 to 6 years of working experience on a development team.
 * Proficient in Java while comfortable with adopting new technologies.
 * Experience delivering reliable, high-performance REST APIs.
 * Strong interest in database & query performance tuning.
 * Experience with Snowflake.
 * Good understanding of scrum/agile development methodologies.
 * Experienced with code reviews, service ownership, fully automated testing, micro-services, and rapid/continuous releases.
 * Experience working with AWS or equivalent.
 * Comfortable with being on-call for support and interacting directly with clients if needed
 * Experience mentoring junior developers.
 * Aptitude for learning new things quickly and the confidence and humility to ask clarifying questions.
 * Proactive, self-motivated, transparent, accountable, and communicative.
 * Supportive in building a positive and inclusive work culture.
