We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, from providing help desk support to more advanced duties such as managing IP settings, and installing fiber. This is a great opportunity for someone someone who is looking to get into the world of IT., * Previous IT support experience is a plus.

 * Basic to intermediate experience with help desk tasks.
 * Familiarity with networking and fiber installation, or willingness to learn.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Experience with printers, phones, and common office technologies.
 * Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Must be dependable, punctual, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

## Description

* Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including computers, printers, and phones.
 * Setting up computers.
 * Configure and manage IP settings and assist with networking tasks.
 * Run fiber and set up wiring for various systems.
 * Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are operating smoothly.
 * Install and configure software and hardware for the client.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple systems and platforms.
 * Manage multiple tasks independently, ensuring timely completion of all projects.
