 * 1+ year of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Engineering Support.
 * 1+ year of experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Ability to lift and install equipment up to 40 lbs.

* Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and operating system issues.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve computer, application, and device-related problems.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
 * Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
 * Escalate complex issues following standard procedures.
 * Perform root cause analysis and basic debugging.
 * Communicate project updates and technical issues to team leads.
 * Follow standard operating procedures and meet service level goals.
 * Support equipment installation, maintenance, and user setup.
 * Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve support documentation.
