This role will partner closely with senior business and market leaders to identify acquisition opportunities, develop compelling business cases, conduct commercial due diligence, and evaluate potential investments. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership. This position will also provide mentorship to junior team members and support the M&A process from opportunity identification through integration planning. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity as a new step in your career, apply now!, * Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or a related field. * Proven ability to structure complex business problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior executives. * Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills, including complex forecasts, financial waterfalls, scenario analysis, large data sets, and pivot tables; strong PowerPoint presentation skills. * Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Technology industries, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. * Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and effectively influence stakeholders; U.S. citizenship required.
