 * Familiarity with legal software platforms a plus

## Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our multi-office network infrastructure, security, and enterprise software systems. This role is critical to maintaining secure, efficient operations across all locations., Network & Security

 * Maintain and troubleshoot firewalls, internet connections, VPNs, and security services
 * Manage ISPs and configure secure office connections
 * Configure and manage content filtering and geo-IP blocking
 * Perform regular firmware/security updates and manage gateway antivirus & intrusion prevention

Active Directory & Workstations

 * Manage computers and user accounts via Domain Controller
 * Administer Group Policy for printers and network drive mapping
 * Deploy shared printers/copiers and integrate with phone/Office 365 systems
 * Handle account deactivations and data backups for former employees

Phone System Management

 * Create/delete user accounts and manage inbound call routing
 * Troubleshoot call issues and support automation/data reporting (Domo integration)

Office 365 Administration

 * Enforce and troubleshoot security policies, MFA, and email routing
 * Manage user accounts, groups, and email backups
 * Support Domo reporting for email usage

Legal Practice Software (Filevine, LeadDocket, Outlaw, Vinesign, Domo)

 * User/team administration and license management
 * Ensure accurate client/attorney assignment for reporting
 * Troubleshoot system integrations and external connections (e.g., QuickBooks)

Help Desk Tickets

 * Receive, review, and prioritize incoming help desk tickets.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user access issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
 * Assist with onboarding and offboarding by setting up and deactivating user accounts and equipment.
