Building on a proven track record of aggressive growth, we are leveraging technology to support portfolio expansion while maintaining excellent customer service and driving down the costs of loan origination and servicing. Our technology team is transforming AutoNation Finance's systems from modernizing legacy platforms, to implementing industry leading AI servicing solutions to improve efficiency and customer service. As Senior Director Technology, you will drive all AutoNation Finance technology initiatives, partnering with senior business leaders to develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap that supports both rapid growth and operational excellence. You will oversee the portfolio of AutoNation Finance applications and systems, ensuring they are secure, stable, and scalable to meet evolving business needs. You will manage technology resource demand and delivery, build and develop a high-performing technology team, and ensure all solutions are designed to be compliant, cost-effective, and future-ready. Your leadership will be critical in enabling AutoNation Finance to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance and efficiency. Organizational Relationships: This position will report to the Vice President of Technology and is responsible for interfacing with AutoNation's executive team and a broad range of leaders across our Operations, Sales, Service, Finance and Technology organizations.
