## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (active certification preferred).
 * Minimum 5 years of Epic application support experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows, configuration, and maintenance.
 * Experience supporting healthcare providers, hospitals, or health systems.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Application Analyst III with expertise in Epic Willow Ambulatory to support, optimize, and enhance Epic applications for a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic application support, healthcare workflows, system configuration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams., * Provide advanced support for Epic Willow Ambulatory applications.

 * Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic application functionality.
 * Analyze and resolve application issues while ensuring minimal impact to clinical operations.
 * Work closely with clinical departments to understand business requirements and recommend system improvements.
 * Participate in application upgrades, testing, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
 * Coordinate with cross-functional Epic teams to deliver integrated solutions.
 * Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
 * Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
 * Participate in change management and production support activities.
