Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI (a must). * Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, translating current-state complexity into clear target-state designs, closing capability gaps, and delivering solutions that enable achievement of critical business and mission outcomes. * Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs * Experience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs * Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale to a variety of stakeholders * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience * A great listener with the ability to connect with people in diverse roles * Resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems. We are looking for candidates who have experience supporting customers in one or more of the following industries: Global Public Sector (PubSec) National Security (NatSec) - Serve defense, intelligence, and law enforcement agencies in implementing secure cloud solutions that meet stringent government security standards, requiring understanding of government procurement processes and compliance frameworks, with Secret or Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
