What you'll bring * Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. * 10+ years of related experience in telecommunications construction, engineering, network operations, or infrastructure delivery. * Demonstrated experience leading large organizations, including direct supervision of managers and senior leaders. * Experience working within union labor environments and managing contractual labor partnerships. * Strong background influencing hiring, promotion, disciplinary, and compensation decisions. * Experience operating in large, highly scaled, or regulated environments preferred. ## Description This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted . Job overview You will lead and develop large, high-performing organizations responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of wireline and wireless network infrastructure. This role is accountable for safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution of complex, multi-year construction and engineering programs, including fiber build expansion, legacy copper transformation, and customer-impacting work. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment across RAN, OSP, fiber, and project management functions.
