## About the Role

* BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
 * Minumum 4 years of progressive, relevant experience using leading data visualization technologies (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
 * Strong knowledge of user design experience
 * Experience with using programming languages like PySpark, SQL or low code to process data in preparation for dashboards/visualizations
 * Ability to train clients and other team members on implementation and maintenance
 * Ability to work in-person 2 days per week in the Alexandria VA area
 * Must have an active Interim Secret Clearance at minimum (requires US citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working with DoW's War Data Platform (previously Advana)
 * Familiarity with Palantir Foundry development and reporting
 * Certification in relevant platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
 * Experience developing applications on enterprise platforms
 * Understanding of application lifecycle, platform governance, and integration patterns
 * Experience with scripting (Python, SQL, TypeScript, and Palantir), automation, or low-code tools used within platform environments
 * Highly proficient skills in MS Excel
 * Experience with developing, reporting, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

## Description

Kearney & Company is seeking a User Experience Data Analyst to join our team supporting one of the Federal government's largest agencies!

Duties include but are not limited to:

 * Development of reports and dashboards within Foundry.
 * Working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to understand report requirements.
 * Demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills as significant time is spent reviewing report requirements, briefing updates to clients, and supporting the documentation and training for new reports.
 * Demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work in occasional high-pressure situations with short deadlines.
 * Directing and reviewing the work of Associates.
 * Communicating status of project-related tasks to Team Lead and client.
