## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, modeling)

 * Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus
 * Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
 * Working knowledge of Python
 * 3+ years of Power BI / BI development experience
 * Experience with SQL databases
 * Experience with ERP / Finance systems (Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) is a plus
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Good communication and documentation skills
 * Ability to simplify complex metrics into business insights
 * Exposure to sales performance, CRM pipeline reporting, government contracting workflows, inventory analytics, and finance reporting
 * Microsoft PL-300 certification is a plus

What You'll Work On

You will support real client projects such as:

 * Sales performance dashboards
 * CRM pipeline reporting and forecasting
 * Government contracting workflow analytics
 * Inventory and operational reporting
 * Margin and profitability dashboards
 * Finance / ERP reporting (AR, budgeting, cost control, journal automation)
 * Executive KPI scorecards
 * Automated monthly reporting solutions, * Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
 * Build transformations and automations using Power Query, DAX, and Power Automate
 * Connect data from Excel, SQL, CRM, ERP, finance systems, APIs, and operational platforms
 * Use Python when needed for automation, analytics, or data preparation
 * Translate business needs into clear executive dashboards and measurable insights
 * Improve dashboard performance, usability, and visual design
 * Support multiple client projects in a fast-moving consulting environment
