* Master's or PhD in Statistics, Economics, or Econometrics
 * 6+ years of experience in a data science experimentation/causal inference role (4+ with PhD)
 * Deep expertise in A/B testing and causal inference techniques
 * Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
 * Proven ability to create impactful insights for product and business decisions

## Description

* Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate experimentation into development processes
 * Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Data Scientists
 * Establish best practices for hypothesis development, metric selection, and results communication
 * Contribute to centralized experimentation frameworks and tools
