## About the Role

* Fundierte IT-Ausbildung (Studium in Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik, HTL oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung).
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Systems Engineering - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Infrastruktur-Integration und Plattform-Projekte.
 * Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Drive: Du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, sondern erkennst, was getan werden muss. Du treibst Projekte auch dann voran, wenn der Weg mal unklar ist oder Abstimmungen mit internationalen Schnittstellen Zeit brauchen.
 * Tech Stack: Du bist fit im Microsoft OS Stack (Server & Client) und hast ein gutes Verständnis von MS Active Directory (inkl. GPOs).
 * Netzwerk & Automatisierung: Solide Netzwerk-Grundlagen (Routing, Firewalls) sind für dich selbstverständlich. Zudem hast du Erfahrung in der Skriptierung (vorzugsweise PowerShell).
 * Kommunikator & Teamplayer: Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und hast Freude daran, in internationalen Matrix-Strukturen zu arbeiten. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind dafür ein Muss.
