## About the Role

Für Ihren erfolgreichen Berufseinstieg sollten Sie Erfahrung mit PC Hard- und Software möglicherweise mit Apple Geräten und deren Peripherie mitbringen sowie bereits über Praxis mit MS-Office Anwendungen verfügen. Gute Englischkenntnisse, Verlässlichkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein selbständiger Arbeitsstil runden Ihr Profil ab. Da Sie im Service/Support-Bereich ausgebildet werden, sollten Sie gerne mit Menschen zusammenarbeiten.

## Description

Wir wenden uns an junge Menschen mit abgeschlossener AHS oder BHS - gerne aber auch ambitionierte Abbrecher_innen von weiterführenden Schulen (z.B. HTL).

Ihre Ausbildung erfolgt im Service/Support-Bereich des Zentralen Informatikdienstes der Akademie. Sie werden bei den täglichen Supporteinsätzen in den künstlerischen und wissenschaftlichen Abteilungen sowie in der Verwaltung bei Installationen, Hard- und Softwareproblemen aktiv mitarbeiten. Sie lernen die Integration von Arbeitsplätzen in EDV-Netze sowie automatisierte Installations- und Softwareverteilungsverfahren.
