* IAM professional: You have deep, verifiable project experience in one or more leading IAM tools (e.g. Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Delinea, or Microsoft Entra ID).
 * Code & network: You understand architecture. Development or programming skills as well as in-depth knowledge of network structures are the basis for you.

 * Trend scout: You scan the market for innovations and decide which technologies we will use tomorrow.
 * Vendor Management: You are the direct link to our manufacturer partners and negotiate on a technical level.
 * Strategy partner: Together with portfolio management, you drive business and sales enablement to transform technical excellence into market success., You're not a theorist. You have "dirt under your fingernails" from real projects and the sovereignty to lead teams and topics.
