* Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
 * Strong experience in embedded Linux development and software engineering for embedded systems
 * Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and the development of low-level software components, drivers, and middleware
 * Experience with real-time communication systems and device-side communication technologies
 * Solid understanding of audio technologies, Audio-over-IP solutions, and communication protocols
 * Knowledge of SIP/VoIP technologies, TCP/IP networking fundamentals, and distributed communication systems
 * Experience with software debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system integration
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional development environments; fluent English required, German is a plus

 * You integrate wireless platform drivers and middleware into embedded Linux environments.
 * You develop and maintain device-side communication features, supporting seamless interoperability across systems.
 * You enable mobility and handover scenarios to ensure uninterrupted communication and user experience.
 * You design and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable software architectures for embedded applications.
 * You optimize software performance, reliability, and resource utilization across embedded platforms.
 * You collaborate closely with RF, System, and Hardware teams to deliver fully integrated wireless communication solutions.
