## About the Role

* Strong functional expertise in SAP MM/LE and a solid understanding of Materials Management, Logistics and Supply Chain processes.
 * Good understanding of cross-module integration, particularly with SD and FI/CO, including financial impacts and dependencies.
 * Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM).
 * Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience in SAP process integration and end-to-end business processes.
 * Leadership and team management experience.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English, German is a plus
 * Experience in project and change management is an advantage

## Description

* Own and continuously improve SAP Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes and solutions.
 * Lead and coordinate the MM/LE team, providing functional and technical guidance to internal and external consultants.
 * Act as a hands-on SAP MM/LE expert, supporting analysis, troubleshooting, debugging and solution delivery.
 * Design and optimize SAP MM/LE processes in line with business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
 * Lead and support SAP rollouts, M&A and transformation projects, as well as change requests and enhancements.
 * Act as the key contact and trusted advisor for SAP MM/LE topics, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders.
 * Drive root-cause analysis, continuous improvement and sustainable solutions for complex functional and technicalissues.
 * Foster knowledge sharing and team development, and report on key activities and initiatives to the Head of SAP Sales & Supply Chain Solutions.
