## Description

Wir suchen eine/n IT System Engineer, der/die die hybride Infrastrukturen unseres Kunden weiterentwickelt und die technische Cloud-Transformation aktiv vorantreibt. Wenn du gerne Verantwortung übernimmst, moderne Microsoft-Technologien liebst und sowohl pragmatisch als auch strukturiert arbeitest, passt du perfekt zu unserem Kunden.

 * Weiterentwicklung der hybriden Architektur aus On-Prem-Active-Directory und M365/Azure
 * Umsetzung und Optimierung zentraler M365-Services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Intune)
 * Ausbau derIdentity- & Security-Landschaft inkl. Entra ID, Conditional Access und Zero-Trust-Prinzipien
 * Technische Begleitung der Ablösung von Legacy-Systemen und aktives Treiben der Cloud-Transformation
 * Automatisierung von Prozessen mittels PowerShell und ManageEngine (Deployment, Patching, Identity-Automatisierung)
 * Umsetzung von Sicherheitsanforderungen wie MFA-Policies, Hardening, PKI-Anpassungen
 * Etablierung klarer Cloud-Governance und Berechtigungskonzepte
 * Technische Ansprechperson für M365-, Identity- und cloudnahe Infrastrukturthemen
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs inkl. Monitoring und Troubleshooting
 * Nachhaltiger Wissenstransfer und Dokumentation für das Team
