## About the Role

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Five (5) or more years of IT experience, including at four (4) years of experience managing multi-supplier projects, or similar complex integration efforts, preferably on state government contracts.

 * Two (2) years of experience with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit, Outcomes Based Certification, Streamlined Modular Certification, or related certification efforts
 * Working knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiative, Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0, and the CMS Seven Standards and Conditions
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
 * PMP Certification or equivalent, Years of Experience
5 + years of related experience

## Description

As a Medicaid Systems Transition Manager, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our government customers. You will play a crucial role in upgrading Medicaid Management Information Systems.

 * Serve as liaison to the customer for design, development, implementation, and certification, as well as maintenance, modification, and enhancement activities during transitions
 * Collaborate with other teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of services.
 * Follow all approved plans, procedures, and protocol guides
 * Manage project and scope coordination during development, deployment, integration and certification
 * Project scheduling and provision of resources
 * Lead other project managers during transitions, Project Management Professional (PMP) | Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
