The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. * Industry experience working in Quality Assurance * Plastics background is a plus * Ability to read gauges * Strong math aptitude * Ability to differentiate colors * Excellent attention to detail * Good record keeping skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Strong decision making skills * Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills * Familiarity with personal computers and software such as Word and Excel * Experience with SPC, ISO Quality Systems and Gauge Calibration * Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external departments as required * Ability to work in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision and excellent communication skills ## Description The Quality Assurance Technician is a hands-on position responsible for training and developing production operators on effective testing of finished product at a level that will enable Palram Americas to meet sales and service objectives. The Quality Assurance Technician also performs testing, inspection, and release of finished product to meet sales and service objectives. Collaboration with other members of the production, supply chain, sales, purchasing, customer support teams, and parent and sister companies is paramount to achieve sales and service objectives.
