* Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role.
 * Strong product management and stakeholder management capabilities.
 * Experience defining product visions, managing roadmaps, and applying value-based prioritization.
 * Experience in data, analytics, AI, business intelligence, data governance, or related environments.
 * Good understanding of data and analytics concepts.
 * Experience working with Agile frameworks and cross-functional delivery teams.
 * Familiarity with tools such as Octane, Jira, Confluence, or Klaxoon.
 * Excellent communication, facilitation, alignment-building, and decision-making skills.
 * Strategic and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively in complex environments.
 * Fluent spoken and written English.

## Description

* Define and maintain the Data Platform's product vision, roadmap, priorities, and expected outcomes.
 * Translate business needs and strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives.
 * Engage with stakeholders, platform users, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to align priorities and manage trade-offs.
 * Own, refine, and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog.
 * Balance business demand, regulatory requirements, platform sustainability, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
 * Collaborate with the Scrum Team to refine requirements and validate delivered capabilities.
 * Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to relevant stakeholders.
 * Monitor platform adoption, KPIs, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
