## About the Role

* 2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
 * Strong Python programming skills.
 * Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or conversational AI.
 * Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, or AI agent frameworks is highly desirable.
 * Experience with cloud platforms, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, or containerised deployments is beneficial.
 * Interest or experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or other highly regulated engineering environments is an advantage.

Nice to Have

 * Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or other foundation models.
 * Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
 * Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or FAISS.
 * Experience building enterprise AI assistants, engineering copilots, or intelligent workflow automation solutions.
 * Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native AI deployments.

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI applications and machine learning solutions.
 * Build intelligent assistants using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent frameworks.
 * Develop AI-powered copilots and automation tools to support engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, and operational teams.
 * Build scalable pipelines to process structured and unstructured technical data, including engineering documentation, maintenance records, and operational datasets.
 * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
