## Description

CDH Professionals are supporting one of our clients in the search for an experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to join their internal IT team. This is an opportunity to work within a large enterprise environment, helping to maintain and enhance a business-critical network that supports multiple sites across Belgium

The successful consultant will be involved in day-to-day network operations, infrastructure projects, and continuous improvements, working alongside infrastructure and cybersecurity specialists to ensure a secure, resilient, and high-performing environmen

 * iesSupport and administer enterprise LAN, WAN, and data centre networking environmen
 * ts.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching infrastructu
 * re.Manage and optimise Fortinet security appliances, including firewall policies and VPN connectivi
 * ty.Support networking within VMware virtualised environmen
 * ts.Monitor network health, investigate performance issues, and resolve incidents in line with agreed service leve
 * ls.Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projec
 * ts.Contribute to automation initiatives using Ansible where appropria
 * te.Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams on cross-functional projec
 * ts.Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedur
