You represent the business for one or more key products and processes within the Employee Benefits domain and act as the bridge between business and IT. You identify the needs of customers, distribution partners, and employees, translating these insights into digital solutions and process improvements that create measurable business value. You drive the digitalization and innovation of the Employee Benefits offering while ensuring strategic objectives are transformed into actionable initiatives, features, and product improvements.
