You will lead multiple Agile teams while ensuring projects are delivered successfully through strong governance, planning, stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall environments and will have experience delivering change within wholesale financial markets., * Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager or Delivery Manager. * Experience leading multiple Scrum teams simultaneously. * Experience managing hybrid and offshore delivery teams. * Strong background delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Experience delivering medium to large-scale technology programmes throughout the full project lifecycle. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across both business and technology. * Strong governance, planning, risk and dependency management experience. * Experience coaching Agile teams and driving continuous improvement. Financial Markets Experience Candidates must have experience within wholesale financial markets, ideally with exposure to one or more of the following: * Securities Settlement * Clearing * Custody * Capital Markets * UK Equities * Fixed Income / Bonds * Post-Trade Operations Preferred Qualifications * Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or equivalent). * PRINCE2, PMP or other recognised Project Management certification. * Previous people management or direct team leadership experience. * Experience working within highly regulated financial services environments.
