Who you are * Direct communicator: you say what you think and can take honest feedback the same way * Ownership: you pick up a problem because it needs solving, not because it's in your lane * Mamba mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the flexibility and mindset to achieve results ## Description You'll work directly with the founders to turn customer problems into production software - from understanding what to build and making the technical trade-offs to shipping it. You'll own meaningful parts of the stack from day one and have a real say in how Caven evolves as we grow. You'll help shape: * Product direction: turning customer problems into useful products * Architecture: making the technical decisions that will shape Caven for years * Security: building the foundations our customers need to trust us with their most sensitive data * Engineering practices: deciding how we build, test and operate software * Developer tooling: finding ways for a small team to move exceptionally fast * What we build next: staying close to customers and challenging assumptions * The team: helping define our engineering culture and eventually the people we hire We don't expect you to have all the answers, we're looking for someone who enjoys figuring them out.
