## About the Role

* Previous experience working in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, or IT Support role
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft workplace technologies
 * Experience with Active Directory and user administration
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow is a plus)
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 * Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a team environment

Languages

 * Dutch and/or French speaking
 * Good English communication skills

## Description

We are currently looking for a Freelance Helpdesk Agent to join one of our clients in Brussels. You will be part of the IT support team, providing first-line support to employees and helping resolve day-to-day technical issues in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

 * Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues
 * Handle incoming incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools
 * Troubleshoot issues related to:
 * Windows 10/11
 * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
 * Active Directory accounts and permissions
 * Laptop, desktop, printer, and hardware issues
 * VPN and basic network connectivity
 * Create, update, and manage tickets within the ITSM system
 * Support user onboarding, account creation, and access requests
 * Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams
 * Keep documentation updated and follow internal procedures
