Certifications Mandatory * Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification. Education * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. ## Description As Scrum Master, you will support four Agile delivery teams while working in a hybrid environment combining Scrum, SAFe, and PRINCE2 methodologies. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to evolve into a Release Train Engineer (RTE) position as part of the long-term program roadmap.
