Preferred * Basic understanding of German Payroll processes. * Knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, or Time Management concepts. * Basic ABAP knowledge is considered an advantage. * German language skills are a plus., * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Up to 2 years of experience in SAP HCM, HR systems, or payroll-related activities. * Fluent level of English. * Applicants must have a valid EU work permit., * Eager to learn and develop SAP Payroll expertise. * Proactive and collaborative team player. * Strong attention to detail. * Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment. ## Description The SAP HCM Junior Consultant will support the HR Service Delivery Payroll Team in the delivery of SAP Payroll services for German accounts.
