 * Expérience en dépannage de flux de données et d'interfaces.
 * Connaissance des concepts de données relationnelles et de validation.
 * Expérience avec des fournisseurs et applications tierces
 * Connaissance des pratiques ITSM (incident, problème, changement).

Compétences comportementales

 * Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
 * Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques.
 * Solides compétences en documentation et organisation.
 * Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités en environnement de production.
 * Attitude collaborative et orientée service.

Atouts

 * Expérience avec HRIS, ERP, Finance, CRM ou systèmes opérationnels.
 * Exposition aux plateformes d'intégration ou outils middleware.
 * Expérience en environnements réglementés ou d'entreprise.
