## About the Role

10+ years hands-on experience as (pricing) actuary in the Spanish P&C market with a focus on commercial pricing in car insurance (experience within a digital insurance model is a plus).
A university degree in a relevant (mathematical) field;
Exceptional quantitative, logical, and analytical abilities, with a knack for solving complex problems;
Solid understanding of actuarial and the latest data science (machine learning) & AI techniques;
Proficiency in SQL, R (or Python), foundational AI models and cloud computing;
Familiarity with programming best practices, such as version control using Git;
Strong communicative skills;

A Pricing Data Scientist, who helps us to predict the likelihood and potential risk and costs of future claims as well as optimal conversion rates.ResponsibilitiesAs our Pricing Data Scientist, you will work closely with talented colleagues on the latest technology. With the pricing & analytics team, you will dynamically adjust our Spanish pricing models, utilize market data and perform conversion analysis to optimize profitability.
