## Description

Als Solution Engineer ben je de technische spil bij integratieprojecten voor e-commerce logistiek. Je ontwerpt en levert API-koppelingen, vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete specificaties en bewaakt technische kwaliteit tijdens het hele traject. Je werkt hybride met 1-2 dagen per week op kantoor in Eindhoven en schakelt veel met commerciële en development teams. Je neemt technisch projectmanagement over van sales en zorgt dat merchants (klanten) hun eerste stabiele release halen. Je houdt zowel het overzicht als de technische details, documenteert helder en biedt hands-on ondersteuning na livegang. Deze rol vraagt iemand die procesmatig werkt en meerdere stakeholders en systemen tegelijk kan managen.

* Leid enterprise-implementaties van blueprint tot livegang met duidelijke API-diagrammen en projectroadmaps.
 * Vertaal klantwensen naar technische specificaties en stel integratieplannen op voor CMS, ERP en WMS.
 * Coördineer technische implementatie, werk samen met Sales Engineers en begeleid merchants naar stabiele releases.
 * Bied hands-on aftercare, los productieproblemen op en borg kennis met heldere documentatie en handovers.
