As one of our Data / AI Engineers, you're a core builder of the intelligence behind Effectory. You design, maintain, and evolve the data architecture that fuels our analytics, powers AI features, and helps organizations around the world turn employee feedback into meaningful action. You work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, making sure that high-quality data and the AI models built on top of it. Whether it's streamlining pipelines, deploying ML models, or automating workflows, you ensure that our platform continues to scale with clarity, trust, and technical excellence. Your work strengthens Effectory by transforming feedback into insight.
