## About the Role

+ Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of vergelijkbaar;
 + Bij voorkeur ervaring in de machinebouw en affiniteit met industriële automatisering en complexe technische systemen;
 + Kennis van Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley ControlLogix en HMI-systemen;
 + Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (Duits is een pré);

Software Engineer
Ben jij een techneut met passie voor automatisering en slimme oplossingen? Bij Royal Kaak werk je aan innovatieve besturingssoftware voor bakkerijmachines die wereldwijd worden ingezet. Je ontwikkelt niet alleen PLC- en visualisatiesoftware, maar denkt ook mee over standaardisatie en optimalisatie van processen. Klinkt dat als jouw volgende uitdaging?
Jouw uitdaging
Als Software Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van besturingsoplossingen voor onze machines. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en hebt regelmatig contact met klanten, ook op locatie.

 + Ontwikkelen van PLC-, HMI- en visualisatiesoftware (o.a. Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley)
 + Opstellen van functionele en technische specificaties op basis van klantwensen
 + Testen en optimaliseren van software via simulaties en praktijkproeven
 + Meedenken over standaardisatie en verbetering van werkprocessen
