Experience: 2 + years of related experience, * Education: HS diploma or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience

 * Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience; military and MTC experience preferred
 * Required Technical Skills:

 * Provides systems administration support for the design, integration, operation, and sustainment of enterprise systems
 * Performs ongoing system maintenance and supports system upgrades and migrations
 * Experience with account provisioning, permissions management, and troubleshooting within Active Directory environments
 * Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and incident management processes
 * Working knowledge of firewall rules, traffic filtering, and access control
 * Working knowledge of configuration and management of core switches, remote nodes, and diverse communications hardware within controlled environments
 * Familiarity with virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere and virtual machine management
 * Certification: SEC+ is required; Network+ will be considered
 * Security Clearance Level: Secret required
 * Required Skills and Abilities:

 * Must meet DoD 8570 IAM I certification (SEC+)
 * Superb communication skills
 * Must be able to perform with minimal guidance
 * Location: On Customer Site/moderate travel to other customer sites throughout Pacific AoR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:

 * Troubleshoots complex, hardware, software and network issues
 * Performs software deployments, patching and updates
 * Participates in infrastructure upgrades and migrations
 * Supports the implementation, operation, and sustainment of system security protections for training and simulation systems
 * Performs hands on configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and change support for network and boundary components in a controlled environment
 * Performs scheduled maintenance and systems upgrades
 * Supports audits, inspections, and vulnerability remediation activities
 * Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
 * Participates in special projects as required
