## About the Role

* 2-3 years in a genuine 2nd line support role
 * Hands-on M365, Azure, and Active Directory - non-negotiable; you must have plenty of experience within these kinds of environments
 * An MSP background OR experience as the solo or small-team IT person in a busy company - if you've had to handle everything yourself and make the calls, you'll fit right in here
 * Full UK driving licence - you'll be on-site regularly
 * Windows Server, networking, and standard infrastructure experience
 * Someone who takes ownership and sees problems through

Experience in the education sector is a bonus, not a barrier.
