## Description

* Lead the mobile engineering team across iOS, Android, macOS, watchOS, and Wear OS while taking ownership of technical direction and delivery
 * Build engineering processes that balance startup speed with high quality, improving ownership, code quality, testing culture, and release reliability
 * Drive architecture and technical decisions for the mobile platform, ensuring scalable solutions across shared libraries and platform-specific code
 * Partner closely with Product Design and Product Management to shape features, improve UX details, and deliver polished user experiences
 * Support the evolution of the BUSY ecosystem by delivering roadmap initiatives and enabling future product monetization through mobile experiences
