* Previous experience in a technical support, service desk, or customer support environment.
 * Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to enterprise and B2B clients.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
 * GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent qualifications.
 * Ability to produce high-quality written communications, including customer correspondence and incident documentation.
 * A proactive approach to learning new technologies and continuously developing technical expertise.

## Description

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Technical Support Representative Senior to join our ever evolving Enterprise & SMB team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

 * Deliver day-to-day technical support across network infrastructure, desktop systems, hardware, and software, ensuring the reliable operation of business-critical technology.
 * Partner directly with Enterprise customers, helping them maximise the value of Worldpay products and services through exceptional technical support.
 * Handling escalations as an SME with case management to resolution
 * Diagnose and resolve issues relating to network infrastructure, desktop environments, client devices, servers, and software applications.
 * Manage user accounts and access permissions, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts.
 * Maintain data integrity, password management processes, and file system security standards.
 * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance for non-technical customers and stakeholders.
 * Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences by recommending appropriate hardware and software solutions.
