Within this role you will work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home. What You'll Do: * Ownership of designing, prototyping, and implementing progression, economy, and engagement features that align with the creative vision of the game * Help define, analyze, and take action on analytics, feature data, and KPIs * Work closely with live and product management teams to define goals and implement solutions to boost engagement * Collaborate closely with art, animation, audio, design and engineering teams to build content and solve problems in a multi-disciplinary environment * Develop and balance in-game economies across many different metagame features * Work closely with UX and engineering to ensure features are implemented in ways that meet the engagement goals * Analyse player data, feedback, and behaviours to identify and fix metagame issues and retention barriers * Work concurrently on multiple features at varying stages of development, managing priorities effectively as content pipelines run in parallel * Document and communicate metagame feature concepts clearly to ensure alignment across all development teams ## Related Videos - [How Data is Shaping our Games](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/176-how-data-is-shaping-our-games) - [JavaScript?
