* Strong software engineering experience delivering complex applications in agile environments.
 * Excellent knowledge of Java Development.
 * Experience within Financial Services environments.
 * A solid foundation in object-oriented and/or functional programming.
 * Experience with engineering best practices including TDD, continuous integration, automated testing and collaborative development.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability and operating production systems.
 * An understanding of front-office technology, capital markets or Fixed Income & Currencies (FX, Rates, Credit or Emerging Markets) is advantageous
