SAP SuccessFactors HR Systems Analyst Liverpool | Hybrid (2-3 Days Per Week) | Up to £40,000A leading international professional services organisation is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors HR Systems Analyst to join their HR Systems team.SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential. This role will focus heavily on supporting, maintaining, and improving the SuccessFactors environment, alongside reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and user support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support for SAP SuccessFactors usersTroubleshoot system issues and manage system-related queriesCreate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analyticsSupport system enhancements, testing, and upgradesMonitor and improve data quality and integrityWork closely with HR and IT teams to drive continuous improvementEssential RequirementsHands-on SAP SuccessFactors experienceExperience in a HR system, HRIS, HR Analyst, or People Systems roleStrong reporting and data analysis skillsAdvanced Excel
