* 5 years' commercial software development experience with strong C# and .NET/.NET Core expertise.
 * Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade applications, APIs and integrations.
 * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, service-oriented architecture, SQL databases, secure coding and software design.
 * Experience with Git, code reviews, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevOps practices.
 * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentor developers to improve engineering standards.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to balance delivery, quality and business priorities.
 * Experience with XAML/Visual Studio, a relevant degree (or equivalent experience), and technical leadership experience are advantageous.

* Act as a senior hands-on developer, delivering high-quality C#/.NET solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
 * Design, develop, test, deploy and support production-grade applications, APIs and integrations.
 * Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring and promoting engineering best practices.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, design practical solutions and deliver successful projects.
 * Improve software quality through maintainable architecture, secure coding, automated testing and documentation.
 * Troubleshoot complex production issues, implement long-term solutions and contribute to planning, estimation and team development.
