* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field
 * 5+ years of experience in industrial system engineering or OT environments
 * Experience designing secure network architectures and segmentation models
 * Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 and OT security principles
 * Experience with industrial networking, firewalls, patch management and system hardening
 * Practical understanding of NIS2 technical measures and secure-by-design principles
 * Nice to have:
 * Experience with turnkey system delivery projects
 * Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Specialist
 * Network or firewall security certifications

Designing secure system architectures for industrial and OT environments
Implementing network segmentation (zones & conduits) aligned with IEC 62443
Designing secure communication and remote access solutions
Integrating cybersecurity controls into engineering projects
Defining system hardening, logging and monitoring mechanisms
Ensuring secure-by-design and secure-by-default configurations
Supporting vulnerability remediation and cybersecurity incident handling
Conducting security design reviews within project teams
Supporting security audits and customer assessments
