## About the Role

A minimum requirement of a Master's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years post related experience.
Experience:
Proven experience in the leadership and management of a team of engineers;
Recent practical experience in managing system/software engineering activities on large mission critical software intensive systems;
Knowledge of system/software architectures, operating systems, deployment infrastructure and network concepts;
Knowledge of system/software engineering related methods, techniques, metrics and tools;
Knowledge of system/software development, maintenance, integration and deployment concepts;
Knowledge of database management systems and data management concepts
