You'll help customers get set up properly, solve more complex issues, and make sure they always know what is happening and what comes next. The team is small enough for your work to be visible and your input to matter. You'll get real ownership, broad technical exposure, and the chance to make a noticeable impact. Why this role matters A strong product still needs strong onboarding and support behind it. You'll sit at the point where customers, product, and technology meet, helping new customers get off to a good start and making sure technical issues are handled clearly and properly. This is not a high-volume ticket-closing role. You'll investigate issues, work across third-party systems, and take problems through to resolution. What you'll be doing * Supporting customers through technical onboarding * Troubleshooting DNS, connectivity, and integration issues * Helping with migrations to Stripe * Comparing data to identify inconsistencies * Acting as second-line support for more technical queries * Learning and supporting integrated access-control systems * Keeping customers informed and documenting progress clearly * Spotting recurring issues and sharing useful feedback with the wider team, You'll need to be technically curious, well organised, and comfortable explaining complex issues in a clear and human way. Why this is a strong opportunity You'll work directly with customers and gain exposure to payments, integrations, DNS, connectivity, data, and web technologies. Because the team is small, you won't be hidden behind layers of process. Your work will be noticed, your input will count, and you'll have the chance to build real depth in both the product and the problems it solves. Working pattern * Monday to Friday 40 hours per week * Flexible working hours outside of core collaboration hours ## Related Videos - [Navigating Growth, Scaling Challenges, and Office Expansions with David Singleton, CTO at Stripe](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100362-navigating-growth-scaling-challenges-and-office-expansions-with-david-singleton-cto-at-stripe) - [Coffee with Developers: David Heinemeier Hansson](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/875-coffee-with-developers-david-heinemeier-hansson) - [Fireside Chat with Cloudflare's Chief Strategy Officer, Stephanie Cohen (with Mike Butcher MBE)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1366-fireside-chat-with-cloudflare-s-chief-strategy-officer-stephanie-cohen-with-mike-butcher-mbe) - [Throwing off the burdens of scale in engineering](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/608-throwing-off-the-burdens-of-scale-in-engineering) - [Build Your Own Subscription-based Course Platform](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/321-build-your-own-subscription-based-course-platform) - [WebAssembly: The Next Frontier of Cloud Computing](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/886-webassembly-the-next-frontier-of-cloud-computing) ## Related Articles - [Data Engineer Salary UK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/253-data-engineer-salary-uk) - [Fullstack Developer Salary UK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/251-fullstack-developer-salary-uk) - [Software Engineer Salary in The UK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/231-software-engineer-salary-in-the-uk) - [IT Salaries in UK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/288-it-salaries-in-uk) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Software Engineer Salary London](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/252-software-engineer-salary-london)
