## About the Role

You'll be a strategic technology leader with experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation and AI adoption.

You'll bring:

 * Senior leadership experience delivering digital or technology transformation.
 * Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models and enterprise AI platforms.
 * Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI practices.
 * Knowledge of Azure, AWS or equivalent cloud AI services.
 * Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience working with UK public sector organisations.

## Description

* Define and deliver UBDS' AI transformation strategy.
 * Drive AI adoption across business operations, customer delivery and products.
 * Lead enterprise AI platform, tooling and governance decisions.
 * Establish responsible AI, security and compliance frameworks.
 * Champion AI adoption, capability development and organisational change.
 * Provide executive leadership on strategic customer AI engagements.
 * Lead the Forge programme and represent UBDS across government and industry.
 * Build strong partnerships with technology vendors and stakeholders., Experience with AI regulation, sovereign cloud, GDS service standards or government delivery methodologies would be advantageous.

 * AI embedded across UBDS' operations and service offerings.
 * Measurable improvements in productivity and business performance.
 * High levels of AI adoption and capability across the organisation.
 * Growth in AI-enabled services and strategic partnerships.
 * Successful delivery of the Forge programme.
