We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations, optimizations, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules-with a heavy focus on Payroll and Workforce CompensationIn this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and HR/Payroll teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Workforce Compensation.Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops to capture business processes, configuration requirements, and local payroll compliance rules.System Configuration: Configure elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, payroll flows, compensation plans, eligibility profiles, and cycles.Testing & Support: Prepare test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support parallel payroll runs, and resolve go-live issues.Integration & Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., time & labor, general ledger, third-party benefits) and custom OTBI/BI Publisher reports.Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Operations, Payroll Directors, and business leader
