Where will you be working? At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. This role will be within our Callisto team, the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector. We provide efficient and flexible services for electricity, gas and water metering, supporting suppliers and customers through accurate data, industry expertise and innovative solutions. Our team plays a critical role in helping customers meet their settlement obligations, improve data quality and navigate an ever-evolving energy market. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? As a Settlement Data Analyst, you'll use data, industry knowledge and analytical expertise to help drive settlement performance and support customers with complex data challenges. You'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to develop reports, analyse performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights that help improve operational effectiveness and industry compliance. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work 2-3 days per week from either our Newcastle or Nottingham office, unless travelling to customer sites. Travel to customer offices is expected a couple of times per month.
