## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java full-stack development, API design, microservices architecture, and technical leadership, with the ability to mentor engineering teams and drive best practices throughout the software development lifecycle., * Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Full Stack Development.

 * Hands-on expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
 * Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
 * Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
 * Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
 * Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

## Description

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of Java full-stack applications.
 * Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
 * Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using modern design principles.
 * Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, and code quality guidelines.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
 * Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Ensure high-quality software delivery through Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
 * Identify technical risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
 * Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization where required.
